Seminar 2 : Master George Xu will teach Xin Yi 6 harmony, 10 animals combination form, 42 undefeatable principles explanations, 5 maximum power principles, self defense principles (maximum unit force, maximum gravity, maximum scientific actions, 3-d spiral movements, Pun Jin w/o connect, etc….). 10 Xin Yi Dan Tian training, Shou Lin power stretch, from animal to ghost training, spiritual fist and what is real Xin Yi.
Seminar 3 : Master George Xu will teach Lan Shou Fan Quan form, internal 3 combination force, two-men fighting training, simple techniques + maximum gravity, maximum freedom, and maximum internal power to achieve best result, 20 basic kicking and punching techniques from Lan Shou line walking, Lan Shou Iron T-Shirt training(Tong Zhi Kong), two-men conditioning training, Spring Shaking power and etc....
