Seminar 1: Master George Xu will teach Chen Style Tai Ji level 3A pure internal, 12 quality, level 3B internal before external, level 4A spiritual power stretch, level 4B spiritual center force, and discuss level 4C-F. Master George Xu will also show 3 different center force, internal Qi Kung, spiritual Qi Kung and different usage.
Seminar 2: Master George Xu will teach Chen Style Tai Ji level 3C, 3D, 4C (spiritual power), 4D spiritual Qi Kung, Xing-Yi Six Harmony - Ten Animals, Xing-Yi 10 principles, 10 different circles, Seventh Harmony to the enemy and Eighth Harmony to the universe, 3 level of 10 Dan Tian training (small internal, large internal, space spiritual Dan Tian), and Qi Kung training.
