Master Yu will teach Xin Yi 5 Elements, Ba Gua, Yang Style Tai Ji basic training, Qi Kung, Yang Ban Hou Style Large Frame form first section, 10 Xin Yi internal circles, Xin Yi usage, unit force testing, gravity force testing, action without action testing, Pun Jin testing, and push hand.  He will also explain and show the usage and movements comparison with Yang Chen Fu style Tai Ji and Chen style Tai Ji. You will see the transitional period of Yang style Tai Ji.
