Master George Xu will teach Xin Yi Six Harmony, 10 animals, basics and form. 10 Xin Yi internal circles, Xin Yi usage, unit force testing, gravity force testing, action without action testing, Pun Jin testing, Lan Shou Qi Kung, and Tong Bei Fist 20 basics.  Six harmony which is physical body harmony to Xin (Heart) Your feeling harmony to your Yi(intention, knowledge). Your Yi harmony to your Qi(energy). Your Qi harmony to your Shen(spirit). Your Shen harmony to your action.  Your action harmony to your emptiness(do nothing for everything, gravity and lose sunk).  Yin Yang harmony = action and reaction harmony. Kinetic force harmony vs. Potential force harmony.  Head to Feet gravity power harmony with Feet to Head up rising power.
